Complete the 2025 CPAF screening survey

Over 85% of community pharmacy owners are yet to complete the 2025/26 Community Pharmacy Assurance Framework (CPAF)
The questionnaire, open until Thursday 31st July 2025, must be completed as part of pharmacy owners’ Terms of Service requirements. Later, NHS England will select a small number of pharmacies for a monitoring visit and/or to complete the full CPAF questionnaire.
The screening questionnaire has just 10 questions and can be answered online in around 10-20 minutes. We recommend that pharmacy owners complete the questionnaire in good time before the deadline.
